Our policy on refunds for digital products and memberships.
Please read this policy before purchasing. Because our products are digital downloads, we have a specific refund process outlined below.
All sales of digital guides and bundles are generally final. Once a digital file has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind or dissatisfaction with the content.
We will assist you if you experience a technical access issue, did not receive your download link, or were charged twice for the same product. Contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 7 days with your order details. We will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
If your download link does not work or the file is corrupted, contact us and we will resend your files immediately at no additional cost.
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future charges. We do not issue partial refunds for the current billing period already charged.
Bundle purchases follow the same general policy as individual guides. If you have a genuine issue with access or delivery, contact us and we will review your case individually.
To request assistance, email us at support@wildlivingstudio.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, your access to all purchased products will be suspended pending resolution. We encourage customers to contact us first as we resolve genuine issues quickly.
